Charles schwab "You have already added all your accounts" (edited)

Hi - I am getting ""You have already added all your accounts" problem with my Charles Schwab accounts since Aug 12th. I reported to customer care on Aug 13th, they made me try few suggestions to add/remove but it did not work. I sent them few screenshots they asked for. But the issue is not fixed yet. Can you help with that?

    My Charles Schwab accounts are downloading as expected. Are you trying to do a connection refresh or something?

    The couple of times I've had to go through the reconnection process for an online account, I went to the bank website, in this case brokerage, logged into my account, located the page that showed which external apps are connected to my account and deleted them. Then I went back to QSimplifi and followed the steps to reconnect accounts.

    Oh, yes, I opened my browser in the InPrivate mode (Incognito or some such in different browsers).

  • Hi Danny - thanks for the reply. Yes I tried those steps as directed by the Quicken customer service rep on the call. It did not work, so she asked me to submit the screenshots

  • Hi I am not getting any help on this. I am still not able to connect my Schwab accounts. Every time its a different answer from the customer care. I am really frustrated by the level of support this paid software is providing.

    I am stating my problem again, 'I have two accounts with schwab, a brokerage account and an equity awards account, Quicken Simplifi connects only to the brokerage account, it doesn't even pick up the equity awards account. This is happening for more than a month now, before this both these accounts were connected'

    Can someone help me with this
