Connect Biller: Dominion Energy UT trouble connecting

The URL for Dominion Energy UT is present under Connect Biller but gives error message: “We're working on linking Dominion Energy UT. We'll let you know if we need anything else.”

It never connects or says anything else is needed. I’ve tried intermittently for a couple weeks now.

    To assist with this issue, I checked the biller status on our end. The status is showing as Degraded, which means that the connection is not currently available, but is in work. We do not have an ETA for when the connection will be available.
