Recurring interval by week is applied to year
If I choose for a recurring transaction to repeat every 4 weeks, it applies to repeat every 4 years

That is certainly a strange interval. I see from your screenshot it states "Repeats every 4 weeks on Monday the 10th". This is most likely the reason for the 4-year interval. If you recreate the recurring transaction, does it still show this interval?

Yea, at first glance it looks like it's erroneously applying the interval to the year instead of the month. but you're right, it seems the criteria that the day falls on the 10th of the month is what's doing it. However, unless I'm blind I don't know where this 10th is coming from. Another example:

I was able to delete the series and successfully create a new one.
