Import Transactions Issue (edited)

Hi community users,

CVS export from my bank transactions is in UTF-8 BOM. When i try to upload file in the manual transactions i am getting an error. Is there a workaround? When i try to change encoding characters are converted to sumbols

Thanks for reaching out! Sorry to hear about your import troubles. Generally, when there is an issue with importing, it is due to a format issue.
