We are unable to connect to Teacher Retirement System of Texas at this time. Care Code: FDP-155
I just tried to connect my TRS Account this evening and it does let me log in, it does prompt for the 2FA which I receive. I input the 2FA code and I get the following error:
We are unable to connect to Teacher Retirement System of Texas at this time.
Care Code: FDP-155
I did notice that the url to the login page is different then what is actually used:
From Simplifi: https://www.trs.texas.gov/Pages/Homepage.aspx
Actually url to login in is: https://mytrs.texas.gov/MbrSelfService/SSSALogin.action

Thanks for reaching out! To better clarify, can you let us know if your accounts were previously connected in Quicken Simplifi, or are you trying to add it for the first time?

Thank you for the reply! To help us investigate this issue further, can you please supply a screenshot showing the error you receive in Quicken Simplifi, as well as send logs? The instructions to do so are below:
- Log into the Quicken Simplifi Web App.
- Select Profile from the left-hand navigation bar.
- With the Profile menu open, hold down the Option key for Mac or the Alt key for Windows, and then click Send Feedback.
- Leave all boxes checked, add a brief description of the issue, and then click Send.
