Error connecting to American Funds Retirement Planning Center (Care: FDP-155)

For the past week or so I've been getting errors connecting to American Funds Retirement Planning Center and it gives me the error Care: FDP-155. Sometimes it seems to connect properly (because the Try Again button doesn't show up) but none of the transactions actually got synced.
