If Payee is new, set Category to Uncategorized

Currently, when Simplifi encounters a new payee, it guesses what the categoary should be based upon who knows what (see my inquirey below). This results in some bizarre classificattions that only confuses us. How about defaulting new Payees to Uncategorized (or something similar) - or at lease offer us the option to make that a setting in Settings → Payees & rules → Add new rule?

    I second this request. Faulty auto-categorization has led me to panic unnecessarily and thrown my numbers way off until I hunt down the errors. Just leaving it as Uncategorized would eliminate these issues.
