Unable to Connect to Vanguard Account: FDP-105.

I am not able to connect to my Vanguard account. The code is "FDP-105". This is an on-going issue over the last 2 days. Are others experiencing the same issue?

Thanks for reaching out! I apologize for the trouble you have been experiencing with Vanguard. I do know that we currently have a known issue with Vanguard blocking connection traffic during peak hours. Our team is actively working to alleviate the downtime. However, in the meantime, we suggest trying to add/update your account(s) outside of peak hours.
