TIAA Care Code: FDP-102

I have been unable to get my TIAA accounts to update in Simplifi for several weeks now. My husband's accounts from TIAA are updating just fine - it's just mine, even though they are set up exactly the same way. I've disconnected my accounts, and tried reconnecting them, but nothing works. It seems like this is not an uncommon problem but I haven't been able to find any solutions through these discussion threads. Can someone help me figure out how to get this fixed? The product is useless to me if half of our accounts won't show up.

    Thanks for reaching out! As the error states, we are unable to connect to your bank due to either the selected bank throttling connection traffic, the bank’s website or the URL used to connect being unavailable, or the selected bank is performing maintenance on their servers. While you may be able to log into your bank’s website successfully, you’ll still receive this error in Quicken Simplifi due to Quicken Simplifi connecting to a different server.

    I would verify if using another browser/incognito mode allows you to connect correctly. If that does not work, I would verify if your bank's website has an area where you can check for third-party access for your accounts to see if they are currently enabled for third-party sharing. If you could provide a screenshot of the error this would help as well.
