How to get data over 90 days old? (edited)

Hello,

I got Simplifi to aid me in figuring what money my sister owes me. I’ve been paying her bills for about a year. She has funds to pay me back now, so I want to generate a report showing the amounts.

All of my accounts go back more than a year except for my Capital One credit card. I saw in other threads that 90 days is the limit for Capital One records. Is there a way to get older records?

if not do I need to go through my statements and manually add the amounts?

Hi, Welcome to Simplifi.

Unfortunately, the download look back period depends on the bank/financial institution. Entering the transactions manually that you want to track is the best option. Then, you can tag the transactions with your sister's name and Simplifi will total the amount for you by tag in the report or transaction list.

@Redfourjohnd , you can also try importing the older transaction data: https://help.simplifimoney.com/en/articles/4413430-how-to-manually-import-transactions

If the bank doesn't support CSV exports, you can use our template. Manual entry, as Ursula suggested, is another great option, though.
