Macy's Credit Card disconnected and provided a Care Code FDP-102
I tried the fix error button, then made the account manual and tried to reconnect to link multiple times. Result above.
I logged in via the Macy's card site successfully. Simplifi has a connection issue. The account disconnected multiple times in the past few days. I did not report this as I was able to reconnect. Today, the reconnection attempts failed.

Hello @UrsulaA,
To assist with this issue, I checked on our end and can see the FDP-102 issue shows on our end starting today. Since these errors are usually temporary errors, the recommended troubleshooting is to wait 48 hours and try again.
You mentioned that the account disconnected multiple times prior to today (but you were always able to reconnect it). When it disconnected previously, was it showing any error messages/codes? If not, what behavior were you seeing?

I got either 102 or 105 errors before but I got reconnected in the same day within the hour of starting Simplifi. Today that was not the case.

Thanks, the Macy's card got reconnected after I tried this morning.

other Citi accounts, like Costco and Best Buy are working for me, too now. I had to sign into Costco card again though. Macy’s is also Citi.
