Best Buy Credit Card FDP-102 Error
Been happening off and on for awhile, but now it won't connect at all. Resetting the connection does not resolve the issue

Citi Bank Best Buy Card has been failing daily. Just reset connection in attempt to fix and getting new error. Still unresolved. Has been issue for 2+ weeks.
This is now my 5th broken and unresolved connection, some unresolved for over 6 months. Feels like there is a deeper problem with Simplifi’s connection infrastructure.0 -
I think all my Citi accounts, including Costco and Best Buy, were down over the weekend. I would guess maintenance work. I think someone else reported Macy’s down over weekend too, and that is also Citi.

The best way to reconnect for me is to make the account manual first, delete the institution, and re-add it.
