Kohls Credit Card not showing transactions
Is there a way to make transactions for a linked account show up? I have successfully linked the Kohls Credit Card but have zero transactions coming through.

A couple questions to help troubleshoot.
- If you’ve had the CC synced for while, has the regular download/sync ever actually worked?
- If you just synced your CC with Simplifi, have there been any transactions on the Kohls card that were made after the date of the sync?
- Or, are you talking about transactions that were made pre-sync.

You are likely seeing this issue because Kohl's Credit Card has been blocking us for quite some time. Our service provider has been unable to resolve this with the bank (Capital One), so we recommend having users contact the bank directly to help make them aware of the issue. If you have a Capital One account, and your Kohls account has been moved there recently (I think they are moving all users eventually), use that for Simplifi instead of Kohls. I updated my link to my Capital One credit card, and both my regular credit card and the Kohls card were available accounts to add to Simplifi. Then I deleted the Kohls account which stopped working quite awhile ago, as the coaches noted.
