Manually added transactions are not saving

I've entered in the same transaction payment 3 times using Simplifi desktop and then also tried once using the online version which won't save. The graph at the top seems to refresh but the transaction doesn't show with my others. Is this an issue please?

@jmatty2000 Not a known issue as far as I am aware. There have been some problems with Manual Account balances. When you say online version, do you mean the app? Because Simplifi is only online (web or app). Once in a while, there's a glitch, and it doesn't save (an online hazard) but I have never had it not work in 3 tries.
Try a different browser or the app (if you haven't already). If that doesn't work, the Support is the next step. Good luck, and let us know how it goes. One of our other users might have more suggestions..
