457b Retirement Accounts
How are Simplifi users setting up and keeping 457b retirement accounts updated? I did not see many posts regarding this type of account in the community posts.

Hi @RobertoT
I believe the list of account types when setting up an investment account in QS is for sorting purposes more than for how an investment account is handled. My wife had a 457b account at her last employment and I included it in QS but I don't remember how I classified it at the time, but I believe I simply selected 401(k). She has since retired, and we have rolled over all her 401(k) and 457b funds into her RO IRA,
If you want the account to be listed under your retirement accounts, you can select any of the retirement type accounts. It will show in the Accounts list under Retirement. You can use the "Name" to show that this is a 457b accounts specifically.
Perhaps you can create a feature request to have 457B account type added to the options for Investment accounts or consider voting for this option:
Here is a Reddit thread in the Reddit Quicken Simplifi forum that discusses the "limited" number of available selections for Retirement accounts.
