Union Savings & Loan Association failing to connect: Care code: FDP-102
This just started in the last day or two. I'm sure a small percentage of your users have the issue; it's a locally owned bank in my rural area of Indiana. But it's where I have my checking account, so it's essential to my use of Quicken Simplifi.

Thanks for reaching out! A user will receive error code FDP-102 when our connection with the bank is being throttled by the bank, limiting the amount of successful connection attempts. Users will still be able to access their bank’s website directly and, typically, this error resolves itself after 24-48 hours.
I can see the 102 error you are getting from our side, and that it has been happening since yesterday. Are you trying to add a new account into Quicken Simplifi or are you trying to update an existing account already in Quicken Simplifi? I would suggest waiting the full 48 hours to verify if the issue resolves itself. Let us know if it is still occuring for you after that time has passed!

Thanks Jon. I'm not adding a new account. I've had the same mortgage and two checking accounts with them for years, long before I started using Simplifi. I can access the bank directly. But since the account is set for connection and bank balance, even a couple days of non-connection can make it very complicated to ensure I keep sufficient funds. It sounds like you don't think this is a permanent "breakage" in the connection, so I'll cross my fingers that it will resolve itself in the next day or two. I'd hate to switch the account to manual, then later switch it back. Every time I've tried that so far it's resulted in hours of extra work. And my checking account is far and away the most important account to keep accurate. Thanks.
