US Bancorp Investments Connector FDP-105
Hi All,
All my US Bank accounts connect into Simplifi with the exception of my Automated Investor Account (Brokerage Account). Simplifi support said this a problem on the US Bank side. US Bank has indicated the problem is on Simplifi. Then Simplifi said to try again later when the US Bank servers are less busy. There are no permissions on the US Bank side for me to adjust. Anyone have any tips for solving this?
I have used [removed] and I was able to get my brokerage account into their platform so I tend to think the issue on Simplifi's side but its hard to troubleshoot when both sides point the finger at each other.

Hello @Krilun,
Thanks for reaching out! As the error states, we are unable to connect to your bank due to either the selected bank is throttling connection traffic, the bank’s website or the URL used to connect is unavailable, or the selected bank is performing maintenance on their servers. While you may be able to log into your bank’s website successfully, you’ll still receive this error in Quicken Simplifi due to Quicken Simplifi connecting to a different server.
To better clarify your issue, can you let us know what instance you are using to connect in Quicken Simplifi? Are you using US Bancorp Investments? I did find two instances of this FI myself. Have you tried both to see if one of them works?
Additionally, are you trying to add this account into Quicken Simplifi, or do you already have the account in Quicken Simplifi?
Thanks, and let us know!
Coach Jon

@Coach Jon apologize for the delay in responding. I have all my US Bank accounts added into Quicken Simplifi using the default US Bank -
PFM connector. The only account that didn't doesn't show up using that connector is my brokerage account.I have tried to use US Bancorp Investments connector and it always errors with FDP-105. See attached.
I'm hoping Simplifi can improve the US Bancorp Investment connector.
