Release unspent categories into rollover categories

I use a combination of rolling and non-rolling spending plan categories. I'd like to be able to release unspent funds in a non-rolling category to help heal an overspent rolling category in upcoming months.

You can edit the amounts in any Planned Spending category in any given month for that month. Simply lower the amount in the non roll over cat and add it to the roll over cat.

Another option is to add any Available or Left at end of month to the roll over cat.
