[removed] I was one of the people having trouble with T Rowe connections, and after receiving your notice that it was still an outstanding issue that hadn't been resolved, I tried it any way, and it worked for me. I was able to link it back to my old account (which I had made manual), and it seems to now be synching. So, I'm not sure what this means on the Simplifi side of things.

I also tried American Express, but that is still not connecting, even though it recognizes me as a user and sends a connection code. But once the connection code is entered, it says that it is unable to connect at this time.

    Thank you for letting us know. I am glad that you were able to connect with T. Rowe Price! As for American Express, you will want to create a separate post, so we can keep issues separate in the community. This way allows other users who also have the same problem to find and chime in on posts as well.
