NEW 10/22/24: American Express - Banking downloading the same transactions in different accounts

We are currently seeing an issue with American Express - Banking downloading the same transactions in different accounts in Quicken Simplifi. This means that users may see a transaction meant for one of their American Express accounts download into all of their American Express accounts. This is a known issue that we are working to resolve as quickly as possible. We currently have no ETA to provide on when a resolution can be expected, but will post updates as soon as we do.
