Equitable Life Insurance connection issue FDP-101 (edited)

I haven’t been able to connect for weeks. I’ve tried to refresh, even after midnight, as well as remove and re-add with no success. I don’t see anything listed under the current issues for this. Any ideas?

    Thanks for reaching out! I can see the 101 error you are experiencing on our side and apologize for the recent trouble.

    Generally for this type of error, we are unable to connect to your bank due to either the selected bank possibly throttling connection traffic, the bank’s website or the URL used to connect being unavailable, or the selected bank might be performing maintenance on their servers. While you may be able to log into your bank’s website successfully, you’ll still receive this error in Quicken Simplifi due to Quicken Simplifi connecting to a different server.

    To help clarify your situation, are you trying to update an account already in Quicken Simplifi or add a new account to Quicken Simplifi? If it is the former, I would try using a fresh connection. You can make the accounts manual and then use the Add Account flow to get a completely fresh connection. If the connection is successful, you'll then want to link the accounts to your existing Quicken Simplifi accounts. Let us know how that goes!
