Lost Connectivity to MidFlorida Credit Union Care Code: FDP-102 (edited)

I have been receiving Care Code: FDP-102 for the last three days when attempting to get my transactions in Simplifi. I have reset my account and deleted my account, and I am still receiving the same message. I am able to login to my account at the MidFlorida website. Also, when I try to refresh the data in Simplifi, I receive a code from MidFlorida but still receive the code.

    Hello @KevinM,

    To help troubleshoot this issue, I checked on our end and confirmed that you have been getting the FDP-102 errors since 23 Oct. That error is typically a temporary error, but since it has been going on for 3 days now, I recommend that you try making the account manual, then re-adding and linking the account.

    This did not work. I created the manual account, and re-added it. However, when I try to link the account, I have to request a one-time passcode. I do receive the code, but when I enter it, I receive the message "We are unable to connect to MIDFLORIDA Credit Union at this time. Please try again later. Care Code: FDP-102.

    Any other suggestions?

    It looks like the 102 error with MidFlorida Credit Union is a known issue with our service provider. We created a Community Alert that can be followed for updates:
