HealthEquity Returning Care Code: FDP-163
Hello, for the past 4 days, My HealthEquity account has not updated providing "We are unable to connect to HealthEquity at this time. Care Code: FDP-163"
I have tried to reconnect and add another account but have had no luck.
Anyone else having this issue?

To assist with this issue, please provide more information. Is this happening with an account you were trying to add for the first time, or was the account previously connected/working, but is now throwing the error when you try to update it? Have there been any recent changes to the financial institution website?
So that we can further investigate this issue, please tell us the name of the account as it appears in your Quicken Simplifi and send logs. To send logs, please follow these steps:
- Log into the Quicken Simplifi Web App.
- Select Profile from the left-hand navigation bar.
- With the Profile menu open, hold down the Option key for Mac or the Alt key for Windows, and then click Send Feedback.
- Leave all boxes checked, add a brief description of the issue, and then click Send.

@Coach Kristina This is an account that has been active on Simplify for almost a year without any changes to my knowledge.
I will send logs as you instructed for further review.

When viewing your connection attempts from our end, I see that the latest connection event with HealthEquity resulted in a successful connection. Is this issue resolved for you now?

It has been intermittent so maybe something todo with their connections. As of right now it is working.
