Equitable Life Insurance FDP-102

Hello;

Equitable Life Insurance will not connect, with an error of FDP-102. I have attempted to reset the connection by making my accounts manual and establishing a new connection.

    Thanks for reaching out! I see on our side that you have been receiving an FDP-102 error with Equitable Life Insurance Company as of today. Generally, this error may indicate that we are unable to connect to your bank due to either the selected bank throttling connection traffic, the bank’s website or the URL used to connect being unavailable, or the selected bank performing maintenance on their servers. While you may be able to log into your bank’s website successfully, you’ll still receive this error in Quicken Simplifi due to Quicken Simplifi connecting to a different server.

    Typically, this error resolves itself after 24-48 hours. If you continue to receive this error after 48 hours, please let us know!
