Was this ever resolved? I'm getting a FDP-176 care code error when trying to add my Valic accounts.
How has Simplfi been working on this Valic issue for almost a year now with no solid resolution!?!

Thanks for reaching out! I do see on our side where you received that FDP-176 error. I also can see a FDP-102 error as well that you received for this financial institution. Can you confirm what error you are currently seeing by trying to connect again?
Additionally, can you also confirm whether you are trying to add brand new accounts into Quicken Simplifi or update existing accounts already in Quicken Simplifi?
