Negative account balance showing up on Simplifi with BOA
This is the second time this week my Bank of America acct is showing I have a negative balance. I log into my bank directly everything shows up fine. To say the least, when I see that on Simplifi it's enough to give you a heart attack.
I'm also having issues with a new CD I opened yesterday not showing up on Simplifi after I linked it. The bank holding the acct, Capitol One, says its connected to Simplifi, but so far nothing is showing up.
Please fix these issues! I can understand something like this happening if this was free to use but since we pay for it, there is no reason to give you customers high blood pressure!

Thanks for reaching out! Sorry to hear about your recent trouble with Bank of America in Quicken Simplifi. We do have a great support article that explains how some balance discrepancies may happen in addition to troubleshooting steps to try to resolve the issue.
