Has any California Coast Credit Union member switched to their new online banking yet?
My accounts stopped updating in Simplifi immediately after the switch. I tried to re-add them and was unable to connect. I contacted CCCU support and was told they no longer support direct connect, whatever that means.
I was wondering if any other CCCU members out there have had more success than I have?

My CCCU accounts stopped updating and the connection is showing this error in Simplifi:
Try Again takes me to a search page which actually finds 2 matches for CCCU:
However, neither one is successful after I put in my credentials. The first option generates this error message:
And the second option generates this error message:
It's looking pretty grim. Can you suggest any other workarounds to try, or confirm whether Simplifi is never expected to connect to CCCU's new system?

This is my credit union that doesn't work with Simplifi anymore. Your failure to prioritize this connection, along with your years long failure to establish connectivity with my retirement accounts under Alight, is why I will be cancelling my subscription before my free year expires next month. There are many things I liked about your product , but it's useless to me if it won't import the data I need to see.
I sure miss Mint. It just worked.
