If the issue persists after doing so, please provide some data:
- What method are you using for MFA (SMS, call, etc.)? I've tried both SMS and email with the same result.
- Have you tried changing how you receive your MFA code? Yes, same issue with both types of MFA.
- Are you able to receive the code and enter it into Quicken Simplifi? Yes
- The name of the account, as it appears in Quicken Simplifi (if applicable). Unable to add the account
- The name of the account, as it appears on the bank's website. Not sure exactly, it's listed as a Roth IRA.
- What type of account are you attempting to connect? It is a Roth IRA, categorized as a Mutual Fund.
- Has there been any changes made to the bank's website or the sign-in process recently? Yes, Shareholder login used to be different, now it works through the My Primerica login.
- Has there been any activity in the account in the last 90 days? Yes
- Are you the owner of the account? Yes
- What is the exact URL you see after signing into the bank’s website? https://my.primerica.com/app/v1/home/dashboard
- A screenshot of the Accounts Summary page from the bank's website that lists all accounts and balances (feel free to redact any personal info) and has a wide enough scope to show the page URL (this must be taken from a web browser and not a mobile browser).

Verified this is happening in both Firefox and Edge, with and without any extensions installed.

@Coach Natalie Is there an update on this ticket or the ability to login to the Primerica Shareholder accounts? I am still unable to add this account to track in Simplifi.
