  • If the issue persists after doing so, please provide some data:

    1. What method are you using for MFA (SMS, call, etc.)? I've tried both SMS and email with the same result.
    2. Have you tried changing how you receive your MFA code? Yes, same issue with both types of MFA.
    3. Are you able to receive the code and enter it into Quicken Simplifi? Yes
    4. The name of the account, as it appears in Quicken Simplifi (if applicable). Unable to add the account
    5. The name of the account, as it appears on the bank's website. Not sure exactly, it's listed as a Roth IRA.
    6. What type of account are you attempting to connect? It is a Roth IRA, categorized as a Mutual Fund.
    7. Has there been any changes made to the bank's website or the sign-in process recently? Yes, Shareholder login used to be different, now it works through the My Primerica login.
    8. Has there been any activity in the account in the last 90 days? Yes
    9. Are you the owner of the account?  Yes
    10. What is the exact URL you see after signing into the bank’s website?  https://my.primerica.com/app/v1/home/dashboard
    11. A screenshot of the Accounts Summary page from the bank's website that lists all accounts and balances (feel free to redact any personal info) and has a wide enough scope to show the page URL (this must be taken from a web browser and not a mobile browser).

    Verified this is happening in both Firefox and Edge, with and without any extensions installed.

  • @Coach Natalie Is there an update on this ticket or the ability to login to the Primerica Shareholder accounts? I am still unable to add this account to track in Simplifi.

  • To add on to this, I'm also curious when this will be resolved. I have accounts in Primerica that require manual tracking at the moment and would be great to keep live updates.
