HTML tags rendered as plain text on the Fin intro screen

  • To reproduce:
  • current version of Simplifi on iOS
  • tap on Profile icon then "Help Center" then "Send us a message"
  • then I see a screen where HTML <br> and <b> tags are rendered as plain text. See attached.
