Marcus not accessible: Care Code: request-body-field-unsupported
Not being able to connect to Marcus. Receiving "Care Code: request-body-field-unsupported".
Have followed Chatbot directions: re-enter credentials, credentials checked directly, reset credentials, etc.
Suggestions?

Hello @endeavor80,
To help troubleshoot this issue, I checked on our end. I can see when you try to update the account, it gives an invalid credentials error, and then when you try to update the credentials, it throws the "request body field unsupported" error.
If you haven't already done so, the next step would be making the account manual, then re-adding and linking the account in your Quicken Simplifi.

Thank you. I did a reconnect and it turned the accounts to manual. Then, I did a reconnect again. And the account access was resolved.
