Ability to Select All and Unselect All accounts on Bills & Payments > Cash Flow page (edited)

Currently the Bills & Payments "Select Accounts" section only can select or unselect all for each type of account (Cash and Checking, Credit, etc.). If I want to only view one or two accounts in this view, I have to scroll and unselected each category separately.

This can be made to work more easily by adding a "Select All" and "Unselect All" option to the top or bottom of the view. Then I could Unselect All accounts and then just add in the one or two I want to see. Saves a bunch of clicks and scrolling.

This would save time and clicks every time this page is used.
