Cannot modify a recurring charge

Hi, I noticed in the last few months that I am no longer allowed to edit a recurring charge. For example, let's say I have an existing recurring charge for $50 that occurs each year on November 15. If the charge now changes to $60, when I go in to edit just the amount, it will then error on the Frequency & Occurrence tab. Even though nothing has changed about the due date, it won't accept the current setting. Changing any of the following doesn't help: start date, end date, months, day of week, day of month. I also noticed it will clear the month while leaving the date when you try to save a change to the dollar amount. If you correct it by picking the month, it still won't let you save.

    Hello @sygyzy,

Thanks for reaching out! I was unable to replicate this issue on my side. I am able to change the amount and date just fine when I edit a recurring series. If you try doing this in another browser/incognito mode does it work for you?

Thank you, and let us know!

I recreated it with Chrome, Arc, and Incognito Arc. It's the same result. I am not sure what's causing this.

@sygyzy Try changing the frequency to every 12 months to see if that works. If it does, you can change it back to every year. I've had trouble updating some of my recurring transactions also from time to time.

    Hello @sygyzy,

Thanks for the reply. In addition to @SRC54's comment, can you also let us know if this is only affecting a specific recurring transaction or all recurring transactions? If you create a new recurring transaction, does it allow you to edit it afterward?

    Thank you,

I have the exact same issue. It appears to affect only recurring transactions that are set to occur once "every year". Other recurring series are not affected. Adding a new series did not seem to have this problem.

SRC54's suggestion to change it to "every 12 months" fixed the issue for me.
