Some vertical axis amount markers are missing from my Projected Cash Flow graph (edited)
"most" of this chart is at $0 balance.
There is no key indicating where the zero line is, as usually is there. The only key shown is -$20 and -$30 —> This is the problem I'm reporting.
The only past 'balance' (left of today) was $6.23 (partially a result of a refund plus a charge to put me over $0, plus the $6.23 payment to pay it off).
The numbers aren't wrong, it's just the (edited) Number markers I'm reporting.

Update: Reloading the web page fixed it. Not great that it happens, but there is a work around to correct it.

Update 2: Some accounts like PenFed Gold, aren't fixable with this same issue after a refresh:
That should be all zero balance, but it's not indicated by number marker(edited) what it is.

It appears if i go right to an account sometimes it's fine(for some accounts), but if i start at my top account and click down one account at a time, at least some of the accounts will show this problem.
This problem exists in incognito mode.
The problem seems to exist in both CHROME (my default browser) and SAFARI (just verified now).
If you'd like me to do the submit feedback thing, you may (??) get access to some version of my data file, and may be able to reproduce it with that?

- YES, This is the first time i noticed this — i know they did some changes with scaling charts recently and I do not know whether intentionally or not they affected Cash Flow. It's also possible i just didn't notice for a while.
- Best Buy (which has $0 balance and no future transactions), PenFed gold (which has $0 balance, but some future transactions, but each future transaction is a charge and same day payment), PenFed PSR (which is currently showing the 'known bug' which will clear up at next sync, but is showing a key for $60 and 80, but doesn't and looks like it should show $40 $20 and maybe $0… TD Cash which is showing a past balance, no future transactions, and no key at all… TD Samsung which shows no activity(it has none recently) but no key…
- They are all "Credit" accounts, specifically credit cards, my checking and savings accounts (chase checking,, chase savings, apple cash, penfed savings) are all fine
- Most are connected, but TD Samsung is manual and showing this issue.

Hello @RobWilk,
Are all the accounts with this behavior accounts with $0 balances? I created a test account on my side with a $0 balance, and there is no "key" for my projected cash flow as well, but I am not sure that would be a bug. Can you provide a screenshot of the entire register and balance so we can verify what may be causing this? Let us know!
Thanks,
Coach Jon

Currently, yes, they are zero balance. Except, for example, because of the bug, one of the accounts is showing a a balance of $59.99 (until next sync), and that is also showing a problem as well.
I would say even a $0 balance should have a (edited)Number Marker marking the $0 mark - I am almost certain it used to.
EDIT: Also, some have the $0 line at the bottom, some have it at the top, and others may be towards the middle.

Hello @RobWilk,
Thanks for the additional information. I am pretty sure where the $0 line is placed is based on whether an account is negative or positive in terms of the balance. As for the accounts with a $0 balance, do they have transactions in them already? Can you provide a screenshot of the entire register and balance so we can verify what may be causing this?
Thank you,
Coach Jon

Hello @RobWilk,
Thanks for the screenshots! As for this bug, it does seem to be affecting only your data file since I am not able to replicate the issue. I am not sure why the projected cash flow chart would be missing part of the "key" as you put it, but it is definitely strange. If you sign out of Quicken Simplifi, and then sign back in does the problem still exist?
Thank you,
Coach Jon

@Coach Jon Yes, as was evident when i did a fresh sign in in Safari. My actual data seems fine, the chart itself is fine, but what I probably incorrectly called the key (I meant the number-markers on the chart — "-$40 -$20 $0 +$20 +$40") seems to be where the issue exists.
I can still hover over the chart and get the info i need - so this is not high priority- but it seems new and definitely is a problem.
If it's data-set specific should I submit feedback which i believe gives a copy of my dataset.
