T. Rowe Price - FDP-101

I’m pretty sure this was working, but today I’m getting the FDP-101 error -

Also - why does the account naming indicate a “retirement plan” when in fact this is a normal mutual fund brokerage account ?

here is the Add Account from desktop Quicken Classic -
our TRP accounts are setup with - T. Rowe Price - as the name -

and they appear different in the FIDIR listing -

    Thanks for reaching out! I can see that you are experiencing the FDP-101 error on our side. Typically, this error resolves itself after 24-48 hours. I would not be sure why the name shows as T. Rowe Price Retirement Plans, but if the issue persists after 48 hours be sure to let us know so we may proceed with troubleshooting.
