Says I am offline but I am not

I keep getting the message saying I am offline when I am not. I am still able to access google and streaming services but Simplifi still says I am offline.

I have rebooted/restarted my modem and computer. Forgot the network, tried in both Chrome and Microsoft edge. I have tried incognito and inprivate. I have tried on 3 different wifi connections (AK, FL, UT). I have also tried using my mobile hotspot. I have cleared cookies. I have used the link app.simplifimoney.com. I do not use a VPN

I have called twice and been told it is not a Simplifi issue. However, given that I have seen several other posts and can still access other websites via the web, I believe this is a Simplifi issue.

Help! I feel like I am wasting my money on a product I can't access.

    Hello @mainey66,

    Thanks for reaching out! I am not sure why you would not be able to access Quicken Simplifi unless you had an extension possibly blocking something in the web application. Can you provide a screenshot showing what you see when you try to connect?
