Add support for the CBOE Canada (NEO) Exchange (edited)

I need to track a couple of ETFs that are traded on the NEO exchange (e.g. QTIP.NE - Mackenzie US TIPS Index ETF [Cad-Hedged]) but Simplifi doesn't recognize it. Can you please add support for this exchange?
