Linking to Boost Mobile

I go through the steps to link Boost Mobile and it always comes back. We are working on linking you account. But never does same this with my Hulu account? Any ideas?

The way I understand it, Bill Connect is an add on service provided by a third-party company. It's iffy whether or not a specific vendor has signed on to provide billing information. Out of all my recurring billers, only two are available via Bill Connect. As it happens these two are my water service and natural gas service providers. My cell phone carrier will also connect, but I don't bother since that bill is static - the amount due doesn't very month-to-month like my water and natural gas bills will.

I imagine the bill connect company is working to add more vendors all the time- thus the message you receive "We are working on it…"

Perhaps check in with bill connect ever couple of months to see if Boost Mobile has signed up or perhaps contact Boost to ask them to consider allowing bill connect service?

@Rockey, thanks for posting to the Community!

When viewing Boost Mobile in our Bill Connect system, it looks like the Biller is degraded, which means that most users won't be able to connect. Our Biller Service Provider is working on the issue, but we don't have any kind of ETA to provide or anything along those lines. For now, I'd suggest just continuing to try every so often.
