Apple Wallet is not syncing

I tried reinstalling the Simplifi app on my phone and reconnecting the Apple Wallet, but nothing changed. My transactions are not syncing. This issue started after upgrading to iOS 18. FYI…before making these changes, I made my Apple accounts manual.

    Thanks for reaching out! To assist with this issue, please provide more information. Did you make sure to reconnect the Apple wallet from the same iPhone the Apple wallet accounts are associated with? (See this article for more information).
