Vanguard FDP-105 - What is considered "after peak hours"

I have not been able to update my Vanguard account for weeks. Searching this forum indicates that Vanguard is limiting updates during "peak hours". What does Vanguard consider "peak hours"?

Vanguard typically blocks us during market trading hours. Have you tried updating the accounts at night or over the weekend, by chance? If not, I'd suggest giving this a try. You can also try resetting the connection for the bank at night or over the weekend to see if that helps clear things up for you:
