Care code: FDP-103 with John Hancock Retirement Services (edited)
After speaking with support a week ago about a different issue, they told me this John Hancock issue is a known issue and to follow a thread about it online. I can't find it. The error claims it's a credentials issue but it's not, credentials work fine on John Hancock site. Can you let me know when they expect a fix for this connection issue?

Thanks for reaching out! There was a known issue for John Hancock Retirement Plan Services, but that issue was resolved as of 11/22/24 and was for an FDP-102 error. On our side, I can see that you are getting an FDP-106 error.
Can you let us know whether you are adding a new account into Quicken Simplifi, or trying to update an existing account already in Quicken Simplifi? If it is the latter, I would suggest Resetting your Account Connections to see if this works.
