E*Trade Connection Issue
Hello,
I’m getting error 103 when trying to connect to ETrade. I know I’m using the correct login and password. I’m using their 2FA app. I’ve logged into their website with no issues. This all used to work seamlessly. Anyone else having this problem?

To help troubleshoot this issue, I checked on our end and can see it is also showing the FDP-103 (invalid credentials) error. If you haven't already done so, please follow these steps:
- Enable the “Show Password” option to confirm no typographical errors.
- If you're using a password manager, please try manually typing it instead, in case the one saved is outdated.
You also mentioned you suspect it might be 2FA causing this issue? Could you please provide more detail? What is happening when you attempt to connect? Are you getting the 2FA prompt? Is their 2FA app a code generator, or is it a push notification that lets you authenticate?
