Optum HSA FDP-106 error (edited)
I saw prior threads showing that Optum failed to connect giving the FDP-106 error. It looks like the thread was closed but I still receive the same error. Did this resolve and then recur? I am unable to get Optum to work even after deleting my accounts and attempting to link from scratch. I have tried all 3 entries for Optum

I just tried again to connect my Optum HSA account in Simplifi. This is the message I got, "We are unable to connect to OptumHealth Bank - HSA at this time. Care Code: FDP-155".
This code is different from the one previously mentioned: FDP-106. Any idea when this will be resolved?

The OptumHealth Bank connection is not currently supported. It is currently listed in the article linked below, under Unsupported:
