Prevent Apple Cash from syncing into Simplifi

I have enabled the Apple Wallet integration so I can have my Apple Card sync into Simplifi. It works great!

What I would like to do is NOT have Apple Cash sync into Simplifi. I have tried to delete the Apple Cash account Settings » Accounts » Apple Wallet, but it comes right back on the next sync.

In the system Settings » Apps » Wallet under the Wallet permissions, there is an option under Apple Cash for "None". If I enable "None", would I then be able to remove Apple Cash as an account and still keep the Apple Card operating as normal?

Thanks!

I tested this by going to Settings » Apps » Simplifi in my phone, clicking on Wallet and setting Apple Cash to None.

I then went into Simplifi app on phone, Settings » Accounts » Apple Wallet, clicked the three-dot menu for Apple Cash and chose Delete. Upon refreshing Apple Wallet, Apple Cash was not synced back in

I was about to suggest making it a manual account to see if that would stop the synching, so you could delete it if you wished. Glad it is working. Hope it continues to work the way you want it.

I was happy when they updating the Apple connection so we could rename the Apple accounts and make them manual. Apple has its peculiarities with these accounts but I decided just to stick with the connection. I am using my Apple Cash more and more even online. I couldn't get Apple Pay to work with the Post Office online. I noticed for some reason that my email address for Apple accounts was different so I change it, so I hope next time I want to use Apple Cash online, I can.
