PNC Bank - Internal Server Error

Seems related to a previous [closed] thread; also a problem that was tracked/posted on 9/9/24 with a reference of CTP-10914 (unable to find when searching + noted permission error when clicking directly from original thread here:

I have tried PNC Direct, Web, and Virtual wallet connect. Tried on mobile and also on PC using various incognito browsing options (Firefox, Chrome) and still receive the internal server error after authenticating with my correct credentials.

What is the fix, or can this be acknowledged as an existing issue?
