[ONGOING] 12/05/24: Voya Financial - Zero Dollar Balance
We are currently seeing an issue with Voya Financial returning a $0 balance in Quicken Simplifi. This is happening because our OFX Screenscrape (a form of EWC/Quicken Connect) can successfully capture account details but cannot capture account activity. This is causing the accounts to be successfully added but showing a $0 balance with no activity. We are working with the appropriate parties so that our screenscrape captures all the correct information. This is a known issue that we are working to resolve as quickly as possible. We currently have no ETA to provide on when a resolution can be expected, but will post updates as soon as we do.
