Connected Biller Change

I attempted to connect to this biller but failed. Looking closer at it, this biller has changed to a different billing service. Is there a way to change this?

This City is now using invoicecloud.com

    Was the error something like "We're working on connecting to..."? If so, that's their way of saying they don't really support that biller yet. Quicken has had some issues getting their third-party billing provider to provide quality/reliable connections, and they list billers that are not supported, which complicates things (to me, it's almost like the third party is just collecting passwords for services they don't support). I think there was a push to change billing service providers, but I don't know the status of that. Coach Natalie in the past has linked to the company they use for billing, but I tried writing them on their website, and they never replied.

    Anything is possible. I assumed that since the information in that screenshot was accurate some time ago it was simply never changed to their new processor.

    The same is true for Tuscaloosa Utilities (AL). They now have a new provider, PaymentsUS, but Bill Connector still points to their old clunky site.

    When I check the status of that biller on our end, it shows that it's currently Down (not working at all). Currently, we do not have an ETA. I sent the information you provided to the team working on the issue.

    When I check on our end, it is showing that biller as healthy (which means most people should be able to connect). I'm not seeing any recent connection attempts. The last attempt I saw was showing an invalid credentials error. What do you see on your end when you attempt to connect? Do you get any errors?

    @Coach Kristina Yeah, the old one will work but don't care for it. The new one will let me know 2 days before this one, so there is no point in having it, but thanks for checking! I am so proactive that I have paid the bill before Simplifi can notify me it's due.
