Allow Billers to Connect to More than one recurring transaction!
Scenario:
I just connected my first biller, Amazon Prime (until now, I had issues connecting any billers), I'm now motivated to connect other billers. Yes, after a few years, this feature working is 'new' to me.
However,
(1) I have a payment on an Amazon credit card for the Prime charge, and
(2) I have a payment from Checking to that credit card for the same amount.
If I try connecting the same biller to both the charge and the credit card payment, it fails because it's already connected.
I would like to be able to connect the same biller to both the charge and the payment.

OK, upvoted. I have a few billers connected, but find it hit or miss. AT&T works for a couple of months, then messes up. I also have most of my bills as recurring and just use my bank's bill pay. Good luck with it.

I gave you the vote because it seems important to you, but wouldn't it be grand if they would stop everything they're doing and fix what's broken before tackling new projects…….

@TheReal702 If this gets votes, it won't be acted on for at least 2-3 years… I'm hoping by then, the balance issues will be fixed.
Also, as a former software engineer for another company (back in the 1990s), I know the people who work on fixing things tend to be different people (different departments) than those who work on new projects.

@SRC54 I went through all my bills (except credit card payments, though I tried Chase and failed), and only found 2 possibly working bills to connect. The one I mentioned above (Amazon Prime) and T-Mobile. Geico came close to connecting too, but failed with 2FA (I never was sent a code, though I was prompted to select a method to receive one).
EDIT: Oops T-Mobile already broke

Yep. And since I pay my bills the same day I get them, it really doesn't provide me much, since most billers text me and I also check when my reminders are due.

@RobWilk, thanks for posting your suggestion to the Community!
I went ahead and moved this out of Feature Requests for now so we can gain a clearer understanding of your request. To clarify, Quicken Simplifi does support connecting multiple Recurring Transactions to the same Biller:
However, it sounds like you're referring to two different Billers — one being Amazon Prime and one being the credit card company that you're paying from your checking account. My Amazon credit card is through Chase, so I'd have to link to Chase via Bill Connect to have the Recurring Credit Card Payment update automatically. Chase, however, is not supported for Bill Connect (see here).
Please let us know if this helps!

Turned out Bill Connect only supported Prime, which makes me less enthusiastic about using it…, so yes, if bill connect supported Chase that would be better.

When you say you connected to Amazon Prime via Bill Connect, are you referring to the annual subscription fee?
One thing to keep in mind with Bill Connect is that it relates to recurring bills and not to the actual accounts the bills are paid out of. As far as I understand the feature, it is meant to update the amount due for a recurring bill when the biller issues your monthly (or whatever time period) bill/statement. When the bill is paid QS updates the paid status of the recurring expense.

@DannyB Amazon Prime -in this context- referred to, in my case, monthly billing.. As a person who receives Medicaid (yes, welfare health insurance, in addition to Medicare) I qualify for a monthly rate of about $7.59/month for prime, which is easier and works out to be cheaper annually too. Amazon Prime "could" have also either referred to my just closed Synchrony Bank Amazon Prime Store Card, but could also refer to my new Chase Amazon Visa, but again -in this context- I meant neither of those.
