NEW 12/10/24: Issue Adding Multiple Holdings to a Manual Brokerage Account: FHCCX & FACDX

We have identified a bug in the Quicken Simplifi Web Application that affects adding multiple holdings to manual brokerage accounts. When users attempt to add two different holdings with distinct ticker symbols and prices, the second holding overwrites the first one. This issue has been confirmed for the following holdings, but may affect others:

  • "FHCCX" - Fidelity Advisor Series VII Fidelity Advisor He, price per share $48.49
  • "FACDX" - Fidelity Advisor Series VII Fidelity Advisor He, price per share $66.10

Impact:

  • Affected users will notice that the first holding replaces the second one.
  • This issue does not occur when adding holdings with entirely unrelated details.

This is a known issue that we are working to resolve as quickly as possible. We currently have no ETA to provide on when a resolution can be expected, but will post updates as soon as we do.
