Acorns is no longer updating

A few days ago both of my Acorns accounts show as $0 in Simplifi. No matter how many times I reconnect, make manual and connect again, etc. they will only show $0. Not sure why it's happening but it needs to be fixed. This is terrible for a product you pay to use.

Thanks for reaching out! To help clarify your situation, can you let us know if transactions are still downloading in Quicken Simplifi for your Acorns account? Is it just the account balance that is incorrect? Could you also provide a screenshot showing the issue?
