Lake Trust Credit Union Visa Credit Card Transactions Not Displaying
The original thread appears to be Closed from June and this is still not working. The balance is correct in Simplifi but there are no transactions. I deleted that account and re-added the CC account and lost 2+ years of transactions but have a balance. Frustrating to spend so much time on this. Yes I know I can manually download and ensure the proper category, but what's the point then.

If I'm understanding correctly, you deleted the account, re-added it as a new account, and no transactions downloaded at all?
If that is correct, then for us to further investigate this issue, we will need the following information:
- At least one sample of a transaction that should have downloaded, but didn't. We need the payee name, date and amount of the transaction.
- The name of the impacted account(s) as it appears in your Quicken Simplifi and as it appears with the financial institution.
- Log files. You can send logs by following these steps -
- Log into the Quicken Simplifi Web App.
- Select Profile from the left-hand navigation bar.
- With the Profile menu open, hold down the Option key for Mac or the Alt key for Windows, and then click Send Feedback.
- Leave all boxes checked, add a brief description of the issue, and then click Send.

- A screenshot of the example transactions from the bank's website.
- A screenshot of the corresponding register in Quicken Simplifi showing that the transactions are missing.
